Molex announced to the success of the CMC connection system as the foundation, introduced its second generation sealed type, hybrid, high density, modular connector series, CMX series adopt with full protection of the new type sealing function CTX terminal series, provides the best sealing performance. CMX connector series in the transportation industry is the ideal choice of the power transmission application, such as engine control unit, automatic transmission, hanging controller and electrical parking brake.

The first two kind of CMX series circuit size is compact design of 5 rows / 55 circuit CMX connectors and 5 rows / 65 circuit CMX connectors, can meet the demand of shipping market. Now, the more different the size of the series circuit connector is developing stage.
Two models of CMX connectors used 0.635 mm (0.025 ") and 1.50 mm (0.059 "), and support the small current CTX terminals and medium current application, new porous sealing piece of technology used to implement the CTX terminal high performance, and ultimate seal with ISO and ASO cable sharing.
